Beginner and Intermediate Recreational Teams
This class introduces the foundation of learning basic baton twirling skills, focusing on essential techniques such as proper grip, basic spins, and hand-eye coordination. Participants will develop fundamental movements that build confidence and control, setting the stage for more advanced routines. Emphasis is placed on posture, timing, and precision, ensuring that students gain a solid understanding of the core elements of baton twirling in a supportive and structured environment.
Beginner Competitive Team
This entry-level competitive team is designed to cultivate foundational baton twirling skills while encouraging a strong sense of teamwork. Students engage in focused training that builds technical ability and confidence, providing the essential preparation needed to progress to our more advanced competitive team. Emphasis is placed not only on individual performance but also on collaboration and sportsmanship, ensuring that each member is well-equipped for both team events and individual competitions.

Competitive Skills Team
This class is designed for twirlers who are preparing for, or actively participating in, competitive baton twirling as an individual with FLARE and/or on a current competitive team with FLARE. We will focus on improving execution quality and developing performance skills required to compete with confidence and consistency.
Beginner and Intermediate Recreational Teams

This is a team of seasoned competitive twirlers. Students will harness their skills as both teammates and individual performers, continuously advancing their abilities by learning complex moves and techniques. This rigorous training prepares them to execute high-level elements with precision and confidence at local, state, regional, and national competitions. Our program emphasizes excellence, discipline, and teamwork, supporting each athlete's growth as a competitive twirler and as a valued member of the FLARE Baton Team.
